I came to salmon arm for a tournament and got a flat. Called D&M and they confirmed they had a replacement rim for me and after asking multiple times for them to confirm, they told me 100% they had what I needed. So I drove an hour and a half to Lumby and went to Kal Tire after that only for the rim to be too big and not fit. Didnt appreciate having to make the drive there and back for no reason while driving on a spare Disappointed, they gave me a refund but honestly was a huge waste of time and not sure why I was ever told they had a part for me UPDATE - spoke to the salesman personally over the phone, things happen and situations dont always work out, it was unfortunate and frustrating at the time but having them reach out and having spoken to them after the fact shows me that they are ready and willing to help, just unfortunate circumstances for this situation.
