Dermatologie - Dr. Garnis-Jones

Horrible. Sylvia seemed like she just didnt care, she didnt know what we were in there for, she gave pretty much useless information and refused to answer general questions about similar issues without another referral. If I could give 0 stars I would. Id recommend not wasting your time with this individual, she s simply not worth it. I went elsewhere and the experience was better, the advice was actually good, answered all of my questions. I dont know about the clinic in general, but this one individual is the reason we will not step foot there again.

Receptionists will book you an appointment and regardless if you have a time slot or have to wait a bit longer the nurses appointments and clients come first before we do. Doctors push us back so they can make more $$$ and fit them in. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Couple people walked out with me. Dont book clients in and then treat them like they come last. I wont be coming back. If I cant be taken care of as a client and others at that why would I truest any of them with my body?

Dr. Garnis-jones is very impersonal and seemingly impatient. If you're too old and too jaded to take care of people, just retire already. Not mention the the administrative staff. Not one attempt to make me feel welcome or comfortable. They must all take the same etiquette class. Poor performance.
