If there was a ten star option they would receive it from us. My daughter recently had transmission problems with her car. We contacted Mr. Transmission in Surrey and the owner came out to the hotel met my daughter checked the car at no charge. Advised he was very busy but the shop in Maple Ridge could fit us in. We had the car towed to the shop. We called the shop and spoke with the owner Kyle. He was polite empathetic and professional. He never once pushed to try and upsell us. This is a modern business with old school morals. Definitely recommend this business. Thank you so much for being honest and considerate.

The transmission on my high mileage rav died on the road so I took it in here to get it looked at. Faced with a several thousand dollar bill no matter what O chose to do was daunting. Kyle kept me informed all the way through to me making my final decision on what to do, he made several inquiries on my behalf and walked me through all the options. In the end, I didnt go with transmission rebuild which would have been good revenue for them and Kyle was still professional and courteous on the phone. I dont know about the quality of work but as far as customer service goes, the whole experience here was very good. I would take my vehicle back if/when needed.
