Amazing team! I've been renting under ReMax for over a year now and this team has shown excellent communication to us throughout the year. Marlon Brass has displayed excellent communication skills, problem solving, and an understanding of our situation whenever we would need help. They respond quickly to any question or concern and do it with a big smile on their face!

Marlons been great to deal with. Got us a beautiful new bathroom in our rental. On a Saturday night the tenants down stairs got locked out. He was over in 20 minutes to get them into their place

Although the staff have been pleasant and professional in communication We are dissatisfied with the services of Remax staff. The staff members we worked with lacked knowledge of the properties we they showed us, were unable to answer questions and did not bother getting back to us with the answer as they said. With the rental market as it is we ended up taking the only option available and it was through Remax Rental Pros. I thought ok this will be fine ! I WAS WRONG -the damage and filth of the unit upon our move in/inspection almost made me cry. To have the Remax apologies for the state of the unit and then ask assume we were not moving in until later in the month. ( thinking they had 20 days to fix the unit right) Pros does seem to be a bit of a stretch in their name. I had higher hopes for this to be an easy going experience simply because we were dealing with a reputable property management company.
