Her helpful and polite demeanour and her willingness to go above and beyond what is asked of her to accommodate her customers is something that is rare in this day and age. They have good products and amazing prices. But their management actually sucks. The assistant manager (brown lady) is so rude and inconsiderate. I mean where is the customer service if you are being salty than helpful? Also, I understand that people can leave stuff around and there might be a confusion regarding promo and price but I literally verified with one of the other employees who said it was $7. Either stay on your own word and price match or train your staff better. I enjoyed browsing the store and shopping there but now every time I get there she constantly vigilies and gives side eyes like I am going to steal from you guys. Big time disappointment!
