Unfortunately my room was freezing and you couldn't turn on the heat in the portion of the hotel. TVs need an update. WiFi connection should allow you to hardwire which it was taken out/missing from my room. Showers are really small I'm unfortunately tall. For a night or two in between meetings it's an ok hotel. Hotel shuttle service was great.

We are repeat guests and Last week was the first time we stayed here with our baby, it was a long queue for check in and my baby was sleeping in the carrier that time, when it was our turn, front desk staff -Kay, greeted us with smile and he immediately anticipated my need to have a quiet and fast check in as I dont want my baby to wake up. I didnt know i booked a room far from the reception hall and we specifically need that room, Kay made it possible to transfer us to a room near to the reception hall so itll be easier for us. I would also like to commend the housekeeping department (i totally forgot to ask for the staff name) who helped me set up the playpen and gave me extra pillow for the baby. It is because of the service like this that we keep on coming back to this hotel for event or staycation.
