HME'S service is very good. Morgan is very knowledgeable.He is helpful and friendly making sure our needs are full filled. I highly recommend Morgan. He even has the cats like him.

I just inquired about a lift for my Mom from HME Home Health. The communication was excellent with a very quick confirmation and in person follow up. Sabreen Bains was super helpful. She listened to my needs and questions and was accommodating, helpful, and professional. Her patience and understanding was exceptional giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I just had the most pleasant experience purchasing age in place home care equipment for my parents from HME Home Health. The company was extremely responsive, accommodating, helpful, and professional in dealing with my many questions and needs. I have purchased and maintained medical equipment on Vancouver Island for 20+ years and have found the support and service we received from HME to be amazing.i would recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing , renting or repairing medical equipment on the island.
