If you are only making a small order, like 1 coffee, this Tim's is fine. But whenever you make a slightly bigger order they always mess it up. Usually I just shrug it off and deal with it, but on the odd occasions I go ask for it to be corrected. When/if you do this the staff are incredibly rude and honestly not worth getting their mistakes fixed. The other Tim's in town are better, so if you are wanting better service then go there. Yes I know it's just Tim Hortons, but I still like nice customer service no matter where it is.
