We stopped in here, shopping for a good quality couch... And found it! Unfortunately another couple had first dibs on it, and waiting for another one would take months for it to arrive. Such is the world now, with global supply issues!? But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service and helpfulness of the staff and owners of this locally owned shop: great people!

The people that work at One-stop furniture really do treat you like family! I ordered a mattress and a bed recently and found out it was too tall for me. They found a carpenter to cut the legs off the bed, at their own expense and returned the bed to me in one day! The quality of the furniture is top notch! My bed is so comfortable and the mattress is good for my back. I also ordered a stressless chair! My chair and bed are worth every penny for the comfort and support they give for my back!! I have been recommending One Stop Furniture to all of my friends! And to Murphy, Liz and Bruce And Marla, I say a big Thank you for taking such good care of me!

A member of staff here didnt know how to operate the piece of furniture she was showing me, nor the details of what was actually on display. Could be heard informing another staff member she didnt know what she was doing. I asked her to call me when the display was properly set up, gave her my contact details. As of yet I have heard nothing from the store. Pretty bad when the month before Id been in and spent $10K on furniture there. EDIT - Answer to owner below - Im not sure why youre unable to locate my details on your database. I find this very odd, particularly as your staff have been phoning me over the past 8 months to let me know what has been going on with my my orders and also when theyd be delivered. As Im currently sitting writing this Im sat on furniture bought from your store in my name.
