Crazy Prices. They charge literally double to triple of nearest competitors. This business would be dead ages ago without ICBC business. Took me two phone calls to find the part I was looking for half of what they quoted me. Specifically I was looking for a MK4 Jetta glove box. An item you can usually find in the 40-50$ range. They quoted me 120$. After two phone calls I found the part for 40$. This should tell you all you need to know about what this business thinks of you as a customer.

Got a steering rack for my mk5 tdi from this place worked out fine, needed to get the programming done thru vcds but overall quality product at a reasonable price. Will buy again.

What's the deal with this company and it's customer service? 1st attempt at contacting customer service I was hung up on. 2nd attempt as well. Finally a rep called me back, only to try and lie as for my money refund. People don't waste your time and money with this company.
