I have no clue who is doing the hiring here but one of the girls working at this store is the rudest associate imaginable. She lied about whether or not she had a manager and is incredibly disrespectful and argumentative. Her entire reasoning for being mean is "I work part-time".. wow! what a great response. It's not hard to understand that if you do not want to speak to customers than maybe you shouldn't work in customer service. What a miserable person to speak with honestly. I can't imagine treating customers like jerks for my entire shift. I can see from other reviews she's done this exact thing with other people who want refunds. Is there a reason for keeping her? She's doing nothing good from what I can tell, should consider getting rid of her so she can work somewhere where she doesn't need to talk to customers!
