There was theft for over 1,000 which we tried to be nice about but unfortunately the owner took the stance of trying to blame us instead. We did file a police report but until today, she had not reimbursed us for our belongings.We believe this was due to a lot of staff turn around. We unfortunately realized there was no accountability and Im not 100% sure Id she is insured and bonded but that didnt matter anyhow when she was intending on placing the blame back to us and claiming we were trying to take money from her.Although Inga is reasonably nice at first, we left after 2 years feeling robbed (literally) and cheated. This bothers me because I truly tried to be gentle when we realized our items went missing by speaking to her first. Her response left me believing that perhaps she in fact did have something to hide from us and a reason not to claim this with her insurance.I was not going to post about this, but after I was urged by many members of my community, I decided to do so.

Love Busy Brooms Maid Services. They are always on time, friendly, courteous and professional. My house always smells fresh and always looks sparkly clean.
