Waited 45 mins just to have Dr toosi walk in flipping his hair and basically tell me retinol takes yrs to work. Have done alot of research and talked to pharmacist and they say should be about 6 months to show a difference and use every day, won't fix but will help from getting worse. Gave me no encouragement to feel better about my skin. Very dissapointed. Receptionists were very nice.

I absolutely enjoyed my appointment with Dr Albrecht . He had great bed side manner and made me feel comfortable the minute he came into the room . Upon reading the negative reviews Im shocked!!! Hes the kindest doctor with a gentle caring and knowledgeable presence. He also does fillers , botox ect , Im definitely going to see him again . Tammy Scott

doctor lee was very very unprofessional Im surprised this place hasnt gone out of business multiple clients I have spoken to have had the same experience I am personally underage 16 so the first time I went I was very nave and waited over an hour the second time it was two hours she brought a student in without asking didnt even apologize for being late and was laughing the whole time and didnt pay attention to my concerns I had waited over 7 months to see her and just to be blatantly disrespected and told me that Ill be stuck with acne until Im 25 completely crushed my sprits a total waste of money.

My family doctor booked an appointment with dr. Zaindy around december 2020- july 2021 and after she put me on accutane for 8 months my skin still wasnt clear! I had scarring and still have active acne. Ive been trying to book one appointment for soo long. My family doctor is usless as well because when we asked for another dermatologist appointment he said you will get back to us. Its been months. Do you have any idea how it feels to go through the struggle of being on accutane for 8 months and still feeling hopeless about my skin. All i wanted was another check up for any dermatologist to look at my skin and see what you could do to further help. Why is it so hard to get one appointment?????
