        An initial misdiagnosis by a Parkinson's technician regarding the problem with our stand-alone Valor fireplace led to numerous visits, unnecessary work, and a lengthy period to achieve a final resolution. That said, once Steve (the owner of Parkinson's) became aware of the issues he ensured they were resolved to our satisfaction. This included reimbursement for additional costs that we incurred. Mistakes happen in any business, and a true measure of service and quality is the level of responsiveness and willingness to make the customer whole. Parkinson's met this test, hence the four star rating. Service: Heating system repair
