Vidit is an amazing mortgage broker! Being a newcomer to Canada, banks were insisting on 35% down payment. That was an insane a out to put down. I talked with couple of other brokers before I met Vidit and they said the same. Vidit took his time to research my case and confidently told me that he can definitely get us a pre approval and with a lower down payment requirement without the need for a mortgage insurance. He indeed made that happen! He was always available over text or call to answer any questions that I had. He made buying a house a reality for us! Without Vidit, it would have been impossible for us to buy a house. I'm fortunate that our paths crossed! Thank you so much Vidit I will always refer you to my friends for mortgage needs!

I've worked with Kam before and he really is the best! He helped me buy my first home when no bank would help me. With my second home, going through my bank didn't work out at the last minute. So stressful!! I reached out to Kam, knowing he had helped me before. Possession day was just around the corner. He was able to get the job done quickly! not only that, he was very reassuring that things would work out and inspired a great deal of confidence. I was referred to Soheil by one of my friends. My friend told me if you need a miracle to get you through this process then you should talk to Soheil. He was absolutely right. As a first time buyer, it was a huge step but I felt assured throughout the entire process as Soheil walked me through each step patiently. His knowledge and professionalism is exemplary.
