        Although there was a hicuup with their handling of my extended health benefit causing me to lose half of my benefit. Dr. Williams and her team was very helpful. Jenelle answer my non stop phone calls and questions. Jag explain in detail on how to maintain the new braces to my daughter. Sandy calmed my daughter by having a conversation with her prior to the orthodontist chair.
