We had an amazing experience today with Dr. Hung. In the past my son was very anxious and wouldn't cooperate at other dental offices but Monarch Pediatric Dental has changed that. My 6 year old son had a really bad toothache and Dr. Hung made my son feel very comfortable during the entire treatment. He also took the time to explain the procedure and was very thorough with treatment planning. It was a great experience for the both of us and I can't thank the doctors and staff enough at Monarch!

Patient and professional. Been visiting for years at this location and the Burnaby location and saw a few doctors, all of them are awesome! Extremely pleased to have them take care of my kids' oral health.

In 2021, my daughter had covid and we canceled the appointment to protect the staff (obviously) and everyone else involved. Fast forward to today, I tried making an appointment and was told that I had to pay CAD 50 because of the missed appointment. So what this amounts to is me having to pay the clinic because I decided to protect your staff. Ridiculous! Don't get me wrong, the rating will still be a two star because this clinic is good at what it does, it just that this policy makes zero sense.

Absolutely wonderful! From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone is welcoming and friendly!! My daughter LOVES the dentist now. She was extremely afraid of the dentist when we first started going, had to be sedated or given laughing gas to calm her. Now she goes in confident and excited to get her teeth cleaned and any work done. Dr. Jonathan and Dr. Jennifer have done wonders for her My 3 yr old son also enjoyed his visit, they were so awesome with him that I was literally in tears with how well he did. It is good to know that he does not sit well for long periods of time especially when there are people touching him and getting really close. He is pretty excited about his check up this month as well!! 100% would recommend this dentist!
