Helped me find the perfect harness for my escape artist cat that busted out of 4 other ones. Definitely go for the RC Cat Harness. The heftier buckles and padding make it almost impossible for your cat to break out of and the reflective parts make him easy to spot. The harnesses that are just straps and the ones at petsmart have tiny buckles that my cat is able to twist, warp and break open or hes able to back up and pull the straps over his head.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tisol, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to one outstanding staff member - Megan! From the moment my partner and I walked into the store, Megan's warm and welcoming demeanour immediately stood out. She was incredibly attentive. Without us even needing to ask for assistance, she approached us and asked if we needed any help. Her proactive approach to customer service was truly refreshing. Our mission that day was to find cat food, specifically in a larger bag size than what was readily available. Megan, without hesitation, went above and beyond to assist us. She checked the stock in the back of the store to see if they had the larger bag we were looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock at that time. However, Megan didn't stop there. She kindly offered us the option to purchase two of the smaller bags and calculated the price for us, making sure it equaled the cost of the larger bag we originally wanted. Her willingness to find a solution that worked for us was truly remarkable. Megan's dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on us. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days, and Megan's kindness and problem-solving skills made our visit to Tisol a memorable one. Thank you, Megan, for going the extra mile to assist us. Your outstanding customer service and friendly attitude made our day, and we'll definitely be returning to Tisol because of people like you. Wonderful place to get dog food. They have dog wash facility as well, their tubs are clean after every wash. Puppy loves it there too.
