Used FC for 20 years and they have become very forgetful and take way to long to get anything asked of them done! I don't recommend you use this management group !

dont choose this management... I have no idea what they are doing. they never take care of any problems. they always say just same thing over and over again. i don't know why our complex select this management. I'm assuming there is some behind deal.

My complex used this company 5 years ago, switched to a new one, then switched back to FCPM. I had hope that maybe they've improved, but they were awful 5 years ago and they are awful still today. 5 years ago my storage unit was broken into (literally 3 months after moving in) and multiple items stolen and I requested they look into installing cameras or additional security measures to the storage lockers. They did NOTHING and it took days of calling them before they'd even talk to me about it. Now today someone attempted to break into my car parked IN THE PARKADE and I bet you they will do absolutely nothing again about security measures. They've increased our strata fees astronomically and yet: my lawn hasn't been mowed in over two months, our hedges are out of control, we've been waiting years for them to paint the fence, the window washers last summer destroyed my lawn and left the windows filthy, we've had a recurring ant pest problem for four summers in a row with nothing being done, and our parking garage gate repeatedly is broken or stuck with no sign of them trying to replace it. I once requested a handyman to repair the hinges on my fence gate because it wouldn't close properly (a safety concern since I have a dog and my unit is street-facing), and after about 2 months of them "waiting for the weather to improve" I just did it myself in five minutes. What the hell am I paying for. They're a joke. They don't care. I am so fed up. If I could give negative stars I would.
