I was referred to her by a friend and I have no regrets at all. Im so happy she was able to help me, she is the funniest and kindest person ever. This place is a scam and this lady is very rude and doesnt help you save money! Yesterday I went to her office did my taxes for 2021-2022 she was nice at the beginning and did my taxes pretty quick, well knowing im a redseal apprenticeship she didnt put my credit of 2000$ and told me I owe 1040$. I found out after I leave her office that I can have money back from my school so I sent her a email with a picture proof of the government website saying that she might have missed this information.. she called me an hour after and yell at me saying I have to ask for that credit or she dont put it on for me and just keep talking and didnt let me place a single words then said come back tomorrow ill fix it. Which I did today and she charge me 25$ for adjustment because of her mistake!! Now I have a refund of 2300$ instead of owning 1040$ So yeah its a cheap place for taxes and the quality of service very poor she doesnt help at all to make you save money and do your taxes in 5 mins. Never gonna come back!!

This Lady is absolutely the most FABULOUS person ever to do my/our taxes!! She not only only sorted out my 8 year long nightmare with Revenue Canada and completely eliminated my stress and worries in 1 visit . She is highly experienced and so easy to deal with !!
