These guys don't make you wait on a waiting list. They just sell what they have coming in. Which is in contrast to what I experienced at other dealerships. Dilath and Howard are great sales team members. They answered all my questions patiently. Jasleen helped me with getting the right financing option and explained everything very well. I was dissatisfied with a certain aspect of the service but the General Manager of the dealership was very understanding and took immediately corrective action.

Got our car serviced. They forgot to top off fluids for the windshield and coolant. That was a month ago. Called them and notified them, Asian guy at the service desk with the sleeve and behind ear tattoo got me in within 5 minutes and topped the fluids in 2 minutes also. Thanks bro appreciate you and your hard work. (Only reason we came back is because the coolant level was almost empty, below low and no windshield wiper fluid at all)

Ask for Ahmet. I needed a family vehicle. He wasn't pushy. He was thoughtful and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I ended up doing the deal because he came across as a non-greasy salesman.
