service is decent, but arrival took 2 hours from appointment, 1 hours from the service guy calling he "left".apparently on a weekend traffic jam takes like 2 hours from a 30 min distance regular workday.

Experience was okay. Quality of work was poor. The main reason I had hired them was to clean the ducts and furnace of an older home I recently bought. Ducting got cleaned and furnace didnt get touched. Every part of the furnace was still covered dust including my blower. (No point in cleaning ducting if your going to blow dust through the system when done)The technician was not able to locate my furnace filter nor able to tell me if it even was equipped with one. Personally I feel my $275 was wasted as I could have had better results doing it myself. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

They came to do carpet cleaning for my house did the job listings were not removed when I complained they said its gonna be like that I rented cleaning machine from Rona did it myself and the coffee came out perfect so I highly recommend not to use them might as well just do it yourself. And the best part is they said if it comes out clean the refund me my money now they dont even answer my phone calls Service: General carpet cleaning

We had an appointment for them to come yesterday and not only did they not show, they didn't call or email. When I finally got through to them (after taking the afternoon off work) they said the weather was bad and they cancelled the two trucks. This is fine, but a simple phone call would have been amazing as I work out of town. Yes we have booked with them once more to give them another chance. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
