Bayview at Coal Harbour

Terrible managment. We lived here for the past 2 years. During Covid, in order to keep the customers happy everything was very well taken care of. as soon as things got back to normal everything went south. Management are so argumentative, rather than solving the obvious issues they try to make you feel guilty and say you are wrong. In thw midst of summer where the temp is 30 plus they turn off the AC in all the common areas or turn the temp to 24 degree and saying its normal comfortable temprature. The gym facility sucks, small, stinks and no AC so temp rises over 30. parkade area has leaking issue which is ugly and gross and they dont fix it. This is supposedly pet friendly building but people fight you not to get into the elevator with your pet and managmnet dont act and interfere. Terrible terrible managment. They argue like a kid rather than fixing the issue while they charge you arm and leg

We came with my husband to apply for the apartment in Bayview Coal Harbor Tower. The managers Lidia and Darragh were nice and kindly showed to us options, help us with everything, explained all in details. The application was considered literally on the second day and we move in at the apartment in the required time. We happy to live in Bayview Coal Harbor. The management staff at Bayview do an excellent job. The building is always super clean and all of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Ive stayed at various buildings in Vancouver. Bayview is by far the best.
