I brought my car in to get the bumper fixed after a fender bender and they fixed ALL scrapes despite not being in the immediate area of impact. To my untrained eye, the shop is able to do an accurate paint match Honda's White Orchid Pearl on my Honda Accord. I was so pleased with the bumper fix that so I also filed a comprehensive claim to fix 50 dents on the car from falling acorns. 5/5 Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just want to give a huge thanks to Kris and Tom for all of their help and professionalism during this stressful time. The repairs took some time although my claim was rather large with a lot of moving parts. Their communication was good and I got my jeep back to like new condition how it was before. Highly recommend them, they are busy but the work is worth it. Although, hopefully I dont ever have to come here again Big thanks to everyone who worked on my jeep!! I appreciate you all. This place just seems to be SUPER BUSY and because of this they will fix your car in a rush. My experience: took 5 weeks to get an estimate (when most other places can get it done in 30 min. tops) They promised me a new bumper that even ICBC approved but then they had to keep the car in the shop for an extra day because they ordered the wrong part and they ended up fixing the damaged bumper. When I picked up the car, noticed that some clips from the inside of the bumper were not even there nor the bumper was aligned. The guy -somewhat annoyed- quickly tried to fix it but it was not the greatest. After 3 weeks of having that part not aligned properly I got annoyed and brought the car back, they were nice enough to fix it again but when I came to pick it up for a second time, they had scratch the fender in the attempt of aligning the bumper, they were not even aware of it or they were just hoping that I will miss it. Now, sadly I had another incident and they said again that just for the estimate will take a month and a half. They said to me that they had 80 cars in the queue. It just seems that the workers there just want to get the job as soon as possible no matter how, and if you care about your car looking the closest possible to what it was, unfortunately, this is not the place. if you go to other places, they can get this done in a more timely manner and not make you wait so many weeks to fix it poorly.
