I ended up leaving the store crying. The store is not size inclusive and every dress I tried was too small. At one point the consultant told me I could wear shapers so the body could fit the dresses. It made me feel shamed for being an average weight. Everything about the experience was unenjoyable. From the moment I walked in and told to fill out a survey that I swore I had done online in advance, to the slippers not being size inclusive and very dirty looking. The open dress trying area that made trying dress not a private, intimate interaction with a consultant, to wifi not working to be able to call my overseas family. The consultant asked very little about the wedding to determine details and dresses that where aligning with my idea and also did not ask my budget. Proceeded to show me dresses that where very highly priced (which if you have the budget, great, but that is something that should be asked so that one can tailor the experience better). Trying on dresses I had to squeeze into tiny dresses and have fabric cut into my skin for an hour. Being told I looked so beautiful but not feeling it. Saying I have beautiful curves but not having any dresses to accommodate them. It was all very fake. My friends were also dismissed, not included, and felt extremely uncomfortable with the environment that was created. I even thought I had found the dress I wanted, but it was so tight on me and the price was so expensive, that I could not justify ordering a dress just to see IF it would actually fit me. Again, I am not even heavy, I am literally the average weight and height for women. Also, I personally don't like supporting shops that have Israeli designers that have to use Palestinian sweat shop workers that exploited and underpaid to make their dresses.

Went to support my friend wedding-dress shopping as their person of honour, and it was a horrible experience. My friend is a size 14 and they had absolutely nothing that fit her. When she struggled putting one on, the person helping her recommended Spanx so she'd have a "slimmer figure" and would fit into the dress better. I am a visibly gender nonconforming person and when my friend introduced me, she told our consultant that I use they/them pronouns and the consultant did not acknowledge my presence during the entire session. My friend felt so judged and was so dejected afterwards. I would not recommend this space to anyone looking for size inclusive designs, or just inclusivity altogether.

I've been on the hunt for a discontinued Monique Lhuillier veil for a while and have been not had any luck and haven't been given a helping hand until I spoke to Alex at Bisou! Her enthusiasm and joy to help me find my veil was so refreshing and appreciated. While they don't have the exact veil I'm looking for, Alex took the time to find a very similar vision for me. I was even only the phone!! She compiled an email with images and information to help me move forward. I really appreciate her help in finding my dream veil! Thank you Alex for your incredible customer service.

I had such an amazing experience at Bisou Bridal! They were so friendly from the initial appointment booking, and went above and beyond to help me make the right choice for my wedding dress! Erin gave me very heartfelt advice and guidance through the entire process, and Alex was also lovely and hilarious and kind to our group! They took phenomenal care of us. They also encouraged me to take time to think about my purchase, which I thought was very nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their dress, and can't thank you ladies enough for your help
