Great service by Hifi Centre , Igor was very nice to deal with . The speakers were well packed & protected . Being from eastern part of Canada ( QC ) , I was afraid of a very long time for delivery but that wasn't the case , the package was received within 6 days and in perfect condition . Igor was prompt to respond to my email and made regular follow up . Don't hesitate to deal with them , very nice people & service . Alain & Andre

Greetings, Just wanted (needed) to share: Yesterday I had the pleasure of placing my first (small) order with hifi centre. Order 2296. Fair price, in stock. This came to be, as I realized my "new-to-me" phono stage did not come with any cables. I was really looking forward to play with my system. I left a comment on my order: "Pls ship ASAP" This morning (Good Friday!!) my phone rang and John (Maldonado) said he was in my neighbourhood and could drop my package, if I was home. I have purchased two pairs of Bowers&Wilkins speakers online (I am from Montreal) and I was preoccupied how they will be delivered. I always prefer a brand new sealed manufacturer packaging and I am afraid of Open Box/Demo/Used items, because the speakers were with 30% discount. I contacted HiFi Centre and Igor very quickly replied to all my questions, actually sending me the quantity of all B&W models in warehouse inventory. The package with the first pair was received within 7 days and in perfect condition. I immediately purchased the second pair of another B&W speakers for my 5.1 setup. It was a great experience and I prefer to deal with HiFi Centre from Vancouver instead of local Montreals dealers. I highly recommend HiFi Centre for all Hi-Fi/Hi-End/Audio/Video purchase.
