I worked with Elisa to buy my first home. She had come recommended by two close personal friend couples whom had also had her as their broker. As a first time home buyer I really needed to have someone guide me through the whole process and help to break down the options. Especially in such a turbulent and unprecedented market. Elisa was amazing. She offered great advise and really helped me to understand the whole process. I felt a lot more confident having her bring me though all of the financial aspects of buying a home and choosing a mortgage. My Wife and I just completed the purchase of our first home. Bottom line, Elisa was fantastic. She is a professional and knows the ins and outs of mortgages. Through the entire process I felt like she was acting in our best interest and securing the lowest rate possible. Her responses over email and phone were always quick and detailed. As we all know, any financial issues we are facing always problematic. When I had very stressful mortgage problems, a good friend of mine recommended me Elisa. I explained her all the issues I had and asked her how to rectify. She was even on vacation and spent all her time to fix my problems and went through it with me step by step until 1AM.
