Horrible management of our building. Also know someone who used to work there who had terrible experience, was grossly underpaid with unmanageable workload and expected to be on call 24/7 to their personal phone. Would not recommend.

Have lost count of how many financial mistakes were made by the strata management company (Parksville office, previously BayView, yet recently also P.Quorum) ..and had to be caught by our unit owners. Often times one single mistake would have cost me several hundred dollars personally. Good luck with this company. Keep a watchful eye on your numbers! The ones you are paying them (Professionals!) to take care of We now manage out strata ourselves.

Our property manager hasnt been returning any of our e mails. This is a very unprofessional company.

Pacific Quorum, has the right philopsophy. Wishing Dino, on Vancouver Island, would be more proactive with basic maintenance advice for our strata. Pacific Quorum cannot act without strata, however holding them accountable for upkeep is not their string point. Strata are not trained experts, your company are the advisors and consultants. We certainly pay you enough to do basic maintenance. Its a shame that this company does not use their potential to maintain integrity. Instead they feed off of chaos. I have a tribunal case open, hopefully PQ decides to use their building knowledge, and expertise to actually make some changes.

Poorly managed property management company. Fined me for 2 dogs when I have 1. Sicked a Lawyer on me before a meeting with strata council or Tribunal meeting. Trying to charge me for legal fees for Lawyer they hired. Do not deal with this company they don't know law or proper procedures! I plan to sue them and KAS2053! They have no clue of procedures or the law. Heres my 1 dog caused absolutely zero damage.
