Was seated in a timely fashion, they were nice enough to move my reservation up. Service was exceptional and quick. Food was great for the price. Would return in the future for sure.

It was my mother birthday and following a recommendation and some good reviews, I selected this place for the first time! Manoel was the waiter and he was very nice and he provided us a good service, but going to the food, my mother ordered a filet Minion and I chose Smoked Rib Eye. My mother was happy with her Minion and my Soda Sangria was also tasted good, but when I started with my dish it was very salty(almost everything was salty, both fries, and topping) and there was not a real flavours except the smoke and I had the same experience with the three tops; bearnaise, Chimichurri, Peppercorn sauce. Not really professional! The texture of Ribeye has more than usual fatty streaks almost 1/3 of that was not eatable. Manoel, asked me about quality and when he noticed my dissatisfaction he even asked me to replace for a new one. Anyway I was enough tired and decided to continue with what I had. Then they provided a beautiful happy birthday Card to my mother with a gift for her next visit for an appetizer (she may go with someone but I wont go there again), and then they brought a delicious crme brle! Nice presentation and warm happy birthday! but when manager later asked me about food quality and when I gave her my comments both for my mother satisfaction and my dissatisfaction, she instead of hearing my concern, mentioned it is the original taste and quality of Ribeye, and asked me the next time to try other type of steaks!! Not a professional answer for a low quality product! When she talked about next time, it was funny as already I told myself there is no other time when I can go to better quality in KEG, Gotham even in not professional Resturants such as Cactus Club, or whit-spots or earls! Again thanks for their happy birthday wishes and thanks for Manoel to hearing and being carfuls about customer concerns and watching for their satisfaction! I suggest something to Chop to improve itself! It may be a good idea they change position of server and manager! I am sure Manuel in position of a manager could make a big improvement in quality and service!
