Had an initial call, explained my project, they said they were interested in the job and asked for some documents to prepare a quote. I've sent the documents, then nothing. Followed up multiple times, and every time they reiterated that they were interested in the job and that I'd hear back from them by a certain time, which they never met. About 4 weeks after I've sent all the documents, I received an email back saying they couldn't help me because of "a number of internal reasons". Thanks for wasting my time.

This is a personal reference for Mr. Jeff Allester, known since Grade 11 at Brentwood College, Jeff was an All Star athlete, Won & stroked the first school boys rowing championship at the Canadian Henley, School colours and extremely high academic achievements, and probably the most respected and liked student of all.
