they told us our cat was going to die and basically had 3-7 days to live- only to get a second opinion somewhere else and turns out the liver issue they thought he has doesnt even exist. they racked up 3K before another vet telling us a lot of it was pointless or done incorrectly. the vets are extremely aggressive and have no form of being gentle or kind to even an old small cat who barely could even move. one vet held him down by his back and wouldnt let him move and then another just grabbing him and never letting him just sit or lay down when he was in a lot of pain. never seen doctors be so unkind and full strength to a tiny animal. they have not a care in their body and treat animals like theyre science. you wont see any of them feel bad of what an animal is going through. they gave us one option for weight gain when he had to google other foods we can give him that are for urgent care. just be prepared to spend a lot of money you didnt need to spend, have half to no information being told to you (or when they tell you anything its said extremely fast and all doctor so they overwhelm you with information just so you can spend more money. hate hate hate hate all the vets here and they should take a course for just basic compassion.

I've been going to Cypress St Animal Hospital since my first pug, Fudge back in 2000. It's always been a trustworthy, comfortable environment. Helpful and forthcoming with great service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend!

This place is so absolutely wonderful with every pet that walks in the door. When I took zoopy back, they explained everything to me. I was given the option to split the appointment up to more easily pay the costs. They encouraged me, and complimented my dogs raising skills. The signs were humorous and made the atmosphere less stressful.

I am overwhelmed with emotions. My 3 year old cat Louis got into my sewing kit, and ended up getting ahold of a very long piece of thread that wrapped around everywhere in his body and resulted in him undergoing a very complicated major surgery yesterday evening. And today he is stable!! I can not thank enough all the extremely hardworking and caring staff at Cypress St. Animal Hospital for getting Louis in as soon as possible, sending endless calls/emails out to get the proper funding, and being on your feet for hours to save our baby. This animal hospital really shows their dedication to helping family's as well as their pets. I am forever grateful for this team I seriously feel so blessed. So many tears, and most of them are coming from a warm place in my heart as of last night because of all of you. Thank you so so much!!!!
