Do not bother or waste your time. No more walk ins and only way is to booked from the website with several weeks of waiting for the first avail appointment. The only doctor they have clearly just there to make their money and provide 0 care. Front desk staff rude, do not let you finish your sentences. You can see the life faded from their eyes. Horrible and unfortunate as the only local place to see a doctor. No other places to go so unless youre willing to sacrifice your soul like the people working there. I wouldnt bother wasting your time here.

Super bad the clinic. Many times tried contact to website and call but never success and try walk in early morning also not possible service. Awesome fantastic great lost my times.

Opening hours on Google are not correct. As of Sunday May 7, 2023 I had a medical issue needing attention and looked up Google listings for walk-in clinics. I saw this clinics walk-in hours listed, including Sunday times. I drove for 20 minutes, and arrived only to see a paper sign on their door stating that walk-ins were discontinued. Very frustrating. There seems to be an attempt to modernize online bookings and services since COVID, and I was grateful to actually find a nurse practitioner here accepting patients when my former GP retired. But other reviewers sharing their experience of extremely long wait times are also true in my experience. 2 hours in my case, for appts that were booked for a specific time. Booking online is a hassle when you dont enter your details just precisely and the web form feedback doesnt tell you whats missing. Luckily they do answer their phones so its not that difficult to reach a real person. And when I did get to see my new NP, in addition to the general intake I specified needing an updated referral for ophthalmology, for ongoing monitoring of potential cataracts etc. But when I contacted my opthalmologist, no referral had been sent by this clinic. It took two extra weeks to get this sorted out by phone and required me calling back every few days to ask if it had been done. Service seems courteous otherwise. I dont have high needs medically speaking so cannot address whether major issues would be handled with greater timeliness. I feel they would benefit from having dedicated communications and IT staff whose task would be to ensure that service delivery and communications across all channels is made consistent with their mandate of providing a more seamless healthcare experience.
