This school credited CAA as best customer service company, I do not agree with that, called roadside assistance and after 2 hours dealing with AI on the phone and waiting another hour for a driver to arrive to boost and replace my battery, he didnt get message that I already tested my battery at home and need new battery, he couldnt even boost my truck, no apologies just excuse that they were too busy and cannot handle calls. Complaint to CAA member advisor got a reply lying that their battery test returned ok, i have receipts for new batteries from a other company that cane to test again and replace the batteries. You should actually check before you post officially that they have the best customer service in 2022!!! I really think something is wrong here!!! I would doubt how reliable is this school?? I see their analysis but had opposite experience!

I am not happy that the fast track certificate and fast track diploma programs in business are on hold. We need fast programs in bc. We need to find a better job specially during coved. I wont remove this review until you guys tell me when you are going to open the 9 month diploma program and if you are not, then tell me where else in Canada I can study a similar accelerated/fast track business diploma.
