Dr. Moldoveanu was very patient in listening to my history, understood the issue and first shot able to resolve it for me. He pin pointed the cause, made a relatively simple change to my medication and my numbers are in order once again after so many years. I truly recommend him as a specialist and lucky to have him locally here in Victoria. Thanks.

This individual is only capable of offering a very limited level of service. He will push medical devices as a first priority, but past that don't expect any in person appointments or personalized care.

Dr. Andrei doctor dropped my wife from his appointments list after one year of visits, follow ups, and prescriptions. He booked her appointment booked 6 months ago but when she called to confirm was told its been cancelled. Without any kind of reasoning, his secretary told us we need a NEW referral as if my wife is not a patient and "the doctor won't entertain any of her questions until she has a referral". She had a simple question about the medication which Dr. Andrei prescribed, but he flat out refused. I'm not sure if this is even legal. The doctor at the urgent can't understand why Dr. Andrei wouldn't help us why and he's insisting on a referral. We have to start all over from the beginning again. Thanks. Update: This office is unreal. We found a new specialist in after moving to a new province this summer and they will not release my wife's records unless we pay them $40, but they demand we pay them in cash. We are no longer in the province. They refuse any other form of payment meanwhile our specialist is waiting so he can properly diagnose my wife's condition. Now we have to file a complaint with the CPSBC and an ombudsman just to get access to our own medical files. We were pleading with them to release our files but instead the secretary just screams at us and hangs up. Thanks again guys! Really professional.
