I went in today to have my stitches looked at and removed. I didnt catch the doctors name but the most AMAZING gentleman ever. He was just so kind and caring. He talked to me a bit in the room after removing my stitches and he really helped me. Not just physically but also mentally and I will never forget that. One of the greatest encounters Ive ever had with another person and I will forever be grateful for him and I never even got his name! I left the clinic and as soon as I got to the parking lot I just started sobbing. Happy tears of course. He helped me lift some of the weight off my shoulders or at least helped me open the door to growth. I always see bad reviews for this clinic for how hard it is to get in and whatnot but the staff are trying their hardest while we have a shortage of doctors. I highly recommend this clinic as the nurses and doctors are amazing and kind people. I hope others can have a good experience here as well because I will never forget today. And if that doctor ever gets the chance to see this; thank you

(TW ABLEISM) They told my Girlfriend that she shouldnt be in a wheelchair, and dismissed her pain in her back saying- "You should go to a psych ward" This building would rather be ableist and assume whats going on, instead on relying on medical practice (Also one of the staff physically touched her wheelchair to move her away when she was pointing out how un-accessible the restroom is) Long story short me and my gf waited 4plus hours (we got there at 7am) just to be told that they wont help with her chronic pain flare/back displacement and that they think shes faking it, so we are never going back there. -And anyone who sees an issue with this wont either

Everyone in the facility did a great job at streamlining the long lineup to help everyone. Definitely arrive before opening to line up, then you get triaged, you see a nurse to discuss your reason for coming, and either they ask you to wait or give you a time to return if it will be a while. Glad they are operating! Be nice to front-line and medical workers!!
