The Vitamin Shop

I have been shopping at the Canadian Vitamin Shop for over 10 years because their selection of natural supplements and, most importantly, their prices are unbeatable. Delivery is fast, efficient, and free when you spend a minimum of $75. Despite the fact that they upgraded their website, shopping online is still somewhat cumbersome, as some products are hard to locate. Although some of their staff is not as knowledgeable as I would expect, they try hard and do their best. I highly recommend this shop.

If you need vitamins/supplements they seem to have them all. They carry many brand name top quality products at good prices!

I called specifically to find out if they carried a particular homeopathic salt remedy, because I had to take a bus to get there. I was told they carry 3 brands, so I would definitely find it. I even told her I was doing a special trip to come and buy it When I get there an hour and a half later, a gentleman tries to find it. Clearly it isnt there and he covers up for the false information given to me by saying it has been a busy morning! Please acknowledge that you messed up, I have worked in very busy retail situations, I would never give false information instead I would say Im busy, could I call you back or you call me. Best to order online, forget about trying to support local businesses if they dont know how to treat customers.
