I placed an order for a stone last October and finally received it this September. I understand weather conditions but the lack of communication from this business is pathetic. I repeatedly left messages and sent emails requesting status updates and no one responded. Once they got my deposit I couldn't reach anyone. The quality of their work is also poor. My parents headstone needed refreshing as my father passed away in 1988 and my mother last year. I specifically asked them to refresh the stone so that both sides would be the same...they refreshed my dad's side and put in my mom's date of death but did refresh her name or details. I was promised a photo to verify completion of work along with the outstanding bill. No photo. I have reached out to express my dissatisfaction but no response. Balance of invoice not going to be paid until I get some results and response. Would never recommend this business to anyone!!

We ordered my Dads tombstone in August 2019. Revisited the order a year later and they had misplaced it. We were gracious- they felt ashamed and apologetic and promised they would get on it right away. Called a month later and they had ordered the wrong stone. Now we are at 2 months of more waiting and more calling. Our patience has expired. We are disappointed and frustrated.
