Got the job done quick! Kept in touch as I was unsure of the tank size and quickly reimbursed me the fee I paid! Great job!

Septic Service Pump out and pump & tank wash down cleaning with hose. Pumps have to be kept clean if they are to last. Called Mon.for Thurs.appt. Told JJ. the last co.sent a young boy not strong enough to lift the pump to clean. I made it clear that cleaning the pump was a concern of mine. She said she would send her husband in that case but might charge me more. No general approx. time, a.m. or p.m. was given when asked, even with 3 days notice. I should be there waiting for 12 hrs. 8am-8pm with money in hand or no service. I sensed the receptionists patronizing excuses given in a angelic, sugar sweet voice which I felt only masked a self serving attitude with little consideration for the customer. I called back twice for her to call as felt all unreasonable. No call was returned but Thurs.came, along with the truck but with no husband. A young man was sent. He said he came to pump only. Said he never cleaned before. He then could not reach JJ's so I cancelled..I told the young man if she wants my business she could call. That has not happened. Conclusion: 0 rating. Beware of this one. I have since found a wonderful company.

Showed up on time and proceeded service as expected. Glad to not spend a day wondering when someone would be by as has been past experience with other companies
