Beausejour Dental Centre

Told I have two cavities, one of which is huge and needs to be taken care of ASAP. I had made an appointment to get the fillings done and I was late, so unfortunately I had to reschedule and I decided to go to Polo park dental in the city. Thank God I did because they informed me I had no cavities. There is one assistant who is very unprofessional and I would not recommend going here which is kind of sad because when I was 12 I had my braces done here and they were all so nice but I am now 25 and there must be new people because its not the same experience at all. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on any work they suggest.

Thank you Dr. N (or H.. the owner) and Annette for squeezing me into your busy schedule for my cold sore, laser treatment. Highly recommend, quick, painless and only 5 hours later and my coldsore is already in the healing stage. 2 thumbs up!

The reception is so helpful. They go above and beyond to get you answers, send reminders, provide information you didn't know you needed. The hygienists are professional and top of the pops in mouth care. They are all well educated and provide feed back and tips to help you step up your game. They do this humbly, with a friendly sense of professionalism. You may think that these things are common place, but I have yet to experience such a work place flow as I have with beausejour dental center - they are a well oiled machine where all members of the team appear to be on the same page and their directive is shared; It shows. You can see it and feel it when you walk in the building. They are progressive and embrace technologies that are helpful in all aspects of their business and this is only to the absolute benefit of their clientele. Dr.Norris is, in my opinion, the best dentist in the province (at least). His bedside manner and technical ability are Supreme. I dont want to rave about this place too hard because I would hate for them to be too busy to be as accessible as they are, even rurally, but... if you have an anxiety around dental work and are looking for somewhere that will build a relationship with you to work on your oral health needs.... there is no place like BDC.
