Great people to deal with. Always have the right part on hand or the next day. I have found (with my needs) that their pricing is very competitive.

Extremely poor communicators and take forever to finish a job and will leave you in the lurch for months with no communication. When they do cryptically communicate it's dripping with unfounded arrogance. I guess the arrogant one is Dan. Dear Dan, when you work with clients, communicate with them honestly and promptly and not cryptically and arrogantly. I asked you several direct questions that you never answered.

My mother has a Frigidaire over-the-range microwave that she purchased in 2017. The fuse started blowing out two months ago. We took it to a local guy who just replaced the fuse. In the following two-month span, we had to remove the microwave and replace the fuse three more times. It was a pain in the *** taking that microwave out and putting it back in each time. My mother was ready to just throw the microwave into the dump. I did a quick check online and said I would give "Ron's Appliance and Service" a shot and see if they could find the problem and fix it so it lasted longer than a couple of weeks. It cost about $50 and took a few days for them to determine the problem. Although they said they would consult with me before making any repairs, they went ahead and just fixed the problem. For us that was fine because the additional repairs only cost another $100. "Ron's Appliance" said this was a common problem with these Frigidaire microwaves - opening and closing the door will blow the fuse after a few years of use. They replaced the door unit and the fuse. We have now been using the microwave for three weeks and the microwave has been working fine. Communication with "Ron's Appliance" was very easy through email, text or calling. They were very easy to work with and the service time was only one week. The cost was also very reasonable as it would have been a lot more to buy a new microwave. Overall, I was very impressed with "Ron's Appliance" as a first-time customer and would recommend contacting them anytime you have any problems with a home appliance.
