        They fight against you on their 24 month free warranty.I had bought 2 8D industrial batteries last march for a 24 volt system.For a indoors forklift.The batteries were of new condition. 1 of those batteries just failed,bad cell. The other was poorly manufactured,the top at joint was not sealed. It had leaks.I brought them in for warranty. They had 24 free months warranty. The manager would not speak with me over the leaky battery warranty.They sold it to me that way .Just very poor customer service. After years of being their customer.Then to give me a completly different battery for the 1 with dead cell.

        I have never had such good costumer service. They were very friendly. He spent the time to show me what the issue was and even tried to find a solution that wouldn't involve me spending money. He explained products that might help and then went outside to show me how to use the product. I am very happy with how they helped me.
