Prairie Mountain Health

Prairie Mountain Health oversees the Benito Personal Care Home where my parents were residents for many years. Sadly, they both passed away in 2020. The staff there are second to none! The care and compassion shown to my folks was out of this world! They truly do care about the welfare of their residents and go above and beyond. Everyone from the Nurses to the housekeeping staff treated my folks like family. I visited many times over the years and always tried to bring a little thank you to the staff. Living hundreds of miles away you wonder about the level of care your family is receiving. I never had a moment of concern. I hope that I am lucky enough to find a place like this if I am ever in need of care. Benito Personal Care Home should be the model that all other care facilities are measured by

No accountability with COVID. Staff allowed to not follow COVID guidelines and attend anti-mask rallies and then bring their sickness into dealing with patients. Have brought this up to PMH and no one seems to care. No masks, no social distancing. Steer clear! Employees must be held accountable. What about my freedom and safety as a patient? I guess that doesn't matter to PMH.
