Good doctor, but wait times can be quite long.

Dr. Heisbesh has been my doctor for around 13 years. I moved to Winnipeg and kept her and she is great, I still see her in person on a pretty regular basis as I come to Brandon a lot ... Anyways... I'm updating review as I had previously had a miscommunication with the receptionist thinking I had to find a new doctor and that I was being cut off my medication with no notice ...but I went in to Brandon today and everything was sorted out. Dr Heibesh was kind as usual and very understanding. Thanks!

First and more frustrating thing to come at this clinic, always have to wait for hours no only minutes, I am talking about 3 or 4 hours at least with appointment or walk in, always same situation. Don't understand why they do nothing about it. So sad if they have all day booked up should not accept walks in. But....

All my experiences have been horrible. I dnt know it took me this long to write this. Every time I call or go they have contradictory information to give. The receptionist have nonchalant attitudes towards patients and always give misinformation. They also never keep to their appointments and are never apologetic about it. Very inconsistent.
