FYidoctors - Brandon - Shoppers Mall

I have had a great experience with attending FYidoctors at the Shoppers Mall. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I have attended for regular eye exams, emergency appointments (where staff went above and beyond to arrange a same day appointment) and for glasses to be fitted when the store has been extremely busy. Always kind and helpful no matter what!

Nothing but exceptional service from every team member here during my numerous visits to this location. I won't go anywhere else. If you want an extra special touch, be sure to ask for Roy or Cheryl; they'll have you leaving looking and feeling like a million bucks.

Great place nice people working. There is a tray fee over $30 to remove a foriegn object from the eye. If you go to eye outfitters they will remove it for free but if u r in a pickle FYI will help you out if u r in a pinch with no money mayb pay it the next or something

I just sat there for 15 minutes to get my glasses adjusted. Was not even acknowledged. Poor customer service. Wont get my glasses there again

I went to FYiDoctors for an eye exam this weekend and was very disappointed. After my exam, I proceeded to try on a few frames and picked two but when the girl put it through my insurance didnt cover them. So she said I have to pay full price or no glasses. I left the store and called my husband who informed me that when he got his, they offered him a payment option. So I called the store back right away and inquired if they did payment plans and they said yes and put me on hold. Forever. I finally got discouraged and hung up and nobody ever followed up. So they lost a huge sale because I wanted to come back in to get them, very incompetent I would say. So as I recall, I paid full price for my eye exam, but I had to ask for my prescription and they gave me an incomplete prescription for my glasses upon my departure (I'm assuming to make sure I dont buy glasses elsewhere). You would think that they would do what they can to make the sale of glasses (I had 2 pairs picked out which amounted to almost $2000. Suit yourself. I bought myself 2 new pairs online for less than $200. Big Mistake! (Julia Roberts)
