Why are you trying to push your new crust? Your thin crust is great but you are always pushing promos on the pizza no one likes. Get some better deals on the thin crust.

Ordered for delivery , ordered arived in a hour and a half , pizza cold , mushrooms cold and soggy sauce container open spilt all over mushrooms , lettuce in the salad wilted, wings were cold but good. Too bad we like Gondola

The pizza was OK seems overcooked very few toppings I was disappointed for what I got for $35 and I would never go back

Brandon Gondolas pizza is a complete joke. Ordered bread sticks from them. They were burnt and could not be eaten. Called in and was told they would give me and boys new order next time in town. My son ordered an xl aloha pizza, he gets home opens it up to see no pineapple on it. Once again we call in and tell them. We get told we can get a large Aloha not the xl that we order, my son agrees. Tonight November 25 we call in yo get our breadsticks and pizza. We get everything home and the bread sticks are burnt again and the pizza has enough oil dripping off it that we could change the oil in my vehicle. My son calls in and says the bread sticks are burnt and can not be eaten. The rude person o the other end tells my son that the sticks are a little darker brown then the pizza crust and we are the only one complaining. He then tells my son he doesn't have time to argue and we should not be a pain. Then he hangs up on my son. I would not recommend this place to any one, they are a complete joke.
