My partner and I frequent pizza express as our go to take out. My partner is gluten free and loves the hot chicken caesar salad without croutons while I enjoy the pierogi pizza! If you are planning on delivery I would suggest calling direct rather than using snappy eats. Unfortunately although requested the salad contained croutons and my partner could not eat it and my pizza contained no chives or green onions. We will still frequent pizza express but will only call from here on out!

So many recommended this place but my first pizza was a miss. Be aware that ORDERING FETA means about a half inch layer RIGHT ACROSS THE PIZZA. So what is meant to highlight and complement other flavours ends up completely drowning them out and making a 50 dollar pizza unenjoyable to eat. Nonetheless I am going to try them again, asking for light feta (which you still have to pay 5.50 for.). The sauce, when I could taste it, was exemplary, which is why I am giving this another try. I dont know about the customer service though. When explaining my situation the manager was apathetic and almost impolite. He noted it would have been easier for them if I contacted them right away instead of relaying my concern at my own convenience. Zero validation or consideration was registered. Really poor customer service imo - no acknowledgment, apology, or gesture to make this right.

Food used to be so good from here, but the few times we have ordered since the other location open in Winnipeg, not sure if this is a coincidence or not, if all the good cooks are in Winnipeg or something? But once again, this is the 3rd time weve had a terrible meal. Not impressed, considering the price we pay. Even the Caesar salad had a weird taste, the lettuce taste almost like fish.
