I just had the worst experience with whoever answered the phone at Jerry's. He claimed he called me back 3 times and left a voicemail but our call log (we work from home) shows no calls or voicemails from them so he cockily said if we weren't going to answer he threw our number out. It is apparent that Jerry's doesn't really need the business so, keep this in mind when you deal with them. If this is how they treat a potential customer, can you imagine how they are once you have committed??? lol. With the economy going the way it is, Customer Service SHOULD be getting better to keep customers but it's not......IT'S GETTING WORST!!!

It was slow going this summer with the national cement supply interruptions however; the garage slab at 191 Lawndale was completed last week. The slab was done in a single pour starting at 2:00 PM and the floating was not completed until 2:00 AM the next day. The Curbs and approach were completed last week and appear prefect. Many thanks for working this type of back yard project in while competition of material and labour are stiff across town. Many thanks. Service: Slab foundation building

Jerry refused to refund my clients cash deposit after no-showing for the estimate a week before construction . There was a Lack of paper trail; a company that doesn't allow documented payment is a red flag. There was a lack of accountability among supervisors, when they didn't show for the estimate or respond to my customers concerns in a timely manner, I asked the client to get the deposit back. Jerry returned my clients phone call after the no-show and request for refund. On speaker phone I heard him refuse the refund, Argue about the consumer protection act and then threaten my client with a "lawyer". Once the lawyer was mentioned, I spoke up and Jerry quickly offered to return the deposit after being told that he could not defraud a 70 year old couple of 2000 cash after providing zero services. Wonder what else Jerry cuts corners with? Always ask for documentation: make sure they know what being "Duly Diligent" means. In response to the owner: Jerry, This was in August 2020, you don't remember the conversation? You are conducting yourself in the same unprofessional manner on Google, as you did with my elderly North End clients. How could I be a your competition? I hired you, and then promptly canceled our contract when you did not provide the requested services. Business deals go sideways and there's often no need for a review, things happen. However, this review was warranted the second you threatened my customer on the phone and tried to make off with $2000.
