Going to grief and trying to figure out how to deal with the lost of a love one. They were very comforting and took their time explaining things to me even when my head still clouded with grief. Very companionable and professional staff. Never felt pressure into doing things that wasn't necessary like making sure that I dont ruined the last time I seened my wife. I appreciate the compassion and services Sonia, Ashley and their staff in returning our love one back to her family. Thank very much from the Torres and Goertzen Family.

Lack of professionalism. After seeing your reply, I now realize your complete liars also!! You should rewind your cameras and watch the interactions before making accusations. Dropping into a crematory, who would think you need an appointment ahead of time ? 2nd the person there was a man and girl, Aggressive? demanding ? more in awww for lack of professionalism , and now liars!! Buyer beware Many great places to give your money to !! Judging by your response from my review it clearly demonstrates your complete lack of professionalism. This review shouldve been an opportunity for you to look for ways to help improve your customer experience instead of criticizing your customers.
