Quite disappointed. My fianc got his blizzard right away, and mine was sitting at the back which she only had to pass to me. I saw it sitting there made for over 5 minutes, finally she grabbed it to pass to me, it was quite melted and there was ice cream dripping down the sides, so she didnt flip it over or offer napkins (if she would have flipped it it woulda been on the floor). I just cant believe she didnt offer to remake it, it wasnt worth paying for at that point. I took this picture right after getting it.

Very disappointed, Your mushroom burger came with one thin pattie and no condiments on it. Didnt look like your advertised mushroom burger at all. Also I ordered two blizzards . Made them first and then had to wait for the burgers. What a mess in my car. Make the blizzards last people. Common sense, thats all. All this for only $32 dollars. Im sorry, but you wont see me again.

Service is SUPER slow. My girlfriend and I both ordered blizzards. The employee gave me mine first, but then we waited over 8 minutes for my girlfriend to get hers (meanwhile we could see it sitting behind the counter melting the whole time). I actually went and put mine in the cake freezer to keep it cold while we waited for there to be an employee that could finish their job. Girlfriend ended up with melted Blizzard soup. Also had very little toppings in the blizzards, and did not have twist icecream option. Definitely disappointed with this DQ
