        Turns out the traffic division was moved from Headingley to East St. Paul. Instead of dealing with real crime there out writing tickets for going 4km over the speed limit.

        I don't know how I can get in contact with the RCMP officer who helped me today when I was stuck on the side of the perimeter hwy at the north end of Lagimodiere but I want to thank him. When CAA refused to come out and tow me, that officer stayed with me until another tow company would and kept his vehicle near mine to make sure no one would hit my trapped car with me inside. Before he showed up I had been almost hit by 2 semi trucks and had no where to go and no one to call for help when CAA refused service. But this officer not only kept me safe but found a tow company who would help me. I wish our city police were as amazing as the RCMP. Thank you so much!
